Is Machine Weft hair, which is only 100% genuine, unprocessed Virgin Hair.
Can I Colour My Bundles?
Yes. Each bundle is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed. For longevity please be sure to keep your color treated bundles conditioned and moisturized. It is recommend that you have a certified hair colourist colour your hair.
How long will this hair last?
With proper maintenance, this hair can last a two to three year. Treat this hair as your own and remember that excessive heat and/or color can result in the reduction of its natural pattern.
Does hair from We Luv Unique Luxury Virgin Hair require maintenance?
Yes. Treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your virgin hair once per week, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products.
How Much Hair Will I Need?
A full sew-in weave with Virgin human hair, would need approx 8 to 12 ounces of hair. We recommend purchasing 2 bundles for lengths 12" - 14”. We recommend 3 bundles for lengths 16" - 20″ or longer. Each bundles weighs about 3.5 ounces. For a full install with a closure we suggest 2 bundles for lengths 12' - 16' and 3 bundles for lengths 18' - 24'.
I have received my tracking number and it has no movement?
After you receive your tracking and shipping confirmation email please allow up to 48 hours to see movement on the carrier's website. If you do not see movement after 48 hours, please email us at info@weluvunique.com
Shipping
Processing time is 2-5 business days. Shipping will take 3-7 business days for Canadian residents and 6-21 business days for International Orders. During a sales period processing time is prolonged. It can take an additional 5 business days before your order is shipped
Return Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sanitary reasons ( NO REFUNDS) unless wrong items have been shipped. We do not process cancellations after the order has been placed. So please read item descriptions before purchasing.
